< back to sermons page ... We are aware of problems with streaming for people on the lower NTL service, this does not affect 600K plus customers or any other ISP. To fix it, please set your QuickTime preferences as they are shown below. You will need to have Quicktime 6.5 installed on your system. You can get it free from Apple Computer. Click the logo to the left to begin installing if you don't have it. The issue appears to be the configuration of the proxy servers that NTL use for their lower band services. We cannot fix it for them. No other ISP or service is affected and it may be more geographic than we are aware of, but we'd be interested to hear your story.
